Riad Imik Imik is situated in the medina of Essaouira close to the gate "Bab Marrakesh", it is an easy access to the house coming by bus or car from Marrakesh.

The riad is in a cul-de-sac, a quiet and sunny place to relax.

Downstairs you have an big open modern kitchen, a comfortable combination of dining/living room with cozy fireplace and little library.

There is a satellite TV as well as a little stereo. You will find a guest toilet right in the entrance area.

Ground Floor

There is a large modern open kitchen, a comfortable combination of dining/living room with cozy fireplace and a library of books at your disposal. There is a satellite TV as well as a stereo. There is also a guest toilet.

First Floor

All the bedroom and bathroom walls are covered with "Tadelakte", an old Moroccan technique that gives a shining and warm atmosphere to the rooms.

In the BLUE ROOM you will find an antique brass bed (140x200 cm), seating area and a lovely mauve coloured bathroom.

Opposite is the BEIGE "BELDI" ROOM. This is the biggest room with its own attractive fireplace and comfortable seating area. There is the possibility to have twin beds or a large double. The bathroom, with 2 windows and seating place in the shower, is decorated in grey tadelakte and has interesting Moroccan features, created from natural materials.

Second Floor

On this floor you will find the "RED" ROOM, the colour of Marrakesh. Here we have a lovely carved wooden bed (150x200 cm) facing the window. There is a well designed seating area and the large sink in Tadelakte which is separate from the shower and toilet.

Across from the red room there is the duplex "COZY" - a romantic place for couples looking for intimacy......there is an antique four poster bed (140x210 cm) facing the open patio. The bathroom is in fresh green Tadelakte with a seating place in the shower and 2 windows facing onto the central patio. From the bedroom you can take the spiral staircase up to a spacious living room. This light filled room which leads directly onto the terrace has a large comfortable sofa, fireplace, Sat-TV , DVD-player, kitchenette and office area.

Third Floor

On the sunny terrace there is an attractive wind protected seating area, a hammock to relax in, 2 sunbeds and a large sun-shade.
